After leaving the resorts behind on Day #1, my Dad took me to Downtown Disney, which is a place I had never heard of before.  Downtown Disney is basically a free outdoor area filled with shops, restaurants, and concert stages, all associated with Disney.  I’m relatively broke, so the Wolfgang Puck restaurant and most of the shops were out of the question, but I did buy a couple of postcards, and got several free samples from the Ghirardelli shop.

My favorite stop among the bunch was the Lego store.  It’s amazing what people can create!  I’m pretty partial to Maleficent, although the water monster was cool, too.
